OPTION 1:
CHAPLAINCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

 

The Chaplain makes a weekly on-site visit. They are accessible by phone, text, or email. The employee/Chaplain relationship is excellent with 80-100% of employees usually engaged with the Chaplain. 

OPTION 2:
TAILORED FIT

 

The Chaplain makes on-site visits as predetermined, such as, every other week or monthly. They are accessible by phone, text, or email. The employee/Chaplain relationship is very good with 40-80% of employees.

The Chaplain makes quarterly visits. They are accessible by phone, text, or email. The employee/Chaplain relationship is good with 25-50% of employees utilizing the service.
